    We are seeking a Graphics Designer to join our creative team within the marketing department. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support and enhance our customers' marketing campaigns. Your work will play a critical role in communicating our customers' brand messages and engaging their target audiences across various digital and print platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop and design a variety of marketing materials for our customers, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print ads, brochures, and other promotional content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our customers' brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with campaign goals.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
  • Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from the marketing team and clients to refine and finalize designs, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage design files and assets, ensuring easy access and usability for future projects.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital and print design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
  • Ability to develop visually appealing and effective designs that align with marketing objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and articulate design concepts.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in marketing or advertising contexts.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
