Job Description
- Supervise production & material planning team.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
- Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products.
- Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
- Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance as needed.
- Work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in planning operations.
- Schedule S&OP review meetings with management on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Detailed oriented team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a cross-departmental multicultural environment.
- A self-motivated person who displays initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Strong change management capabilities using influencing and conflict resolution abilities.
