Job Description
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
- Accept or reject finished items
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
- Report inspection and test data
- Have a good command of the water treatment plants for drinking water and wastewater treatment.
- High educational degree in water treatment in biological and chemical treatment.
- Good command in testing and calibration of different types of water sensors pH, turbidity, TSS, TDS, TOC.
- Responsible for frequent testing of raw water parameters TSS, BOD, COD, PH, TDS, and TOC.IN Line with production water Parameters to maintain desired treatment water with value as per the Egyptian low of water irrigation.
- Have a good command of detailed Egyptian low of water irrigation.
- Operation and following up dosing rates of chlorin Station and put risk assessment for potential hazards in dosing and plant operation with a control action plan for each hazard and operation and following up RO drinking water Station to maintain the desired output.
