Job Description:

  • Sell via via social media with our online customers and in person with our retail customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat and Email
  • Communicate with our designers to resolve customer inquiries
  • Help style our customers by suggesting available designs that meet their specifications
  • Provide customer assistance regarding their orders
  • Book and confirm sales appointments, as well as manage showroom calendar
  • Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude
  • Delivers superior customer service
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
  • Previous sales experience. E-Commerce experience a plus
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
  • Ability to multi- task
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people
  • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
  • Superior presentation/public speaking skills
  • knowledge in Excel, Microsoft, Adobe photoshop
