Job Description
- Monitor and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and Construction and industrial standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across the facility.
- Maintain and review documentation related to safety procedures, reports, and compliance records.
- Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to all employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive measures.
- Work closely with different departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous
improvement. Coordinate with emergency services and manage emergency preparedness plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or other related field.
- OSHA General, OSHA construction ,Risk Assessment
- Less than 1year of relevant experience in a safety role.
- Preferably residing in Luxor or Qena governorates
- Strong knowledge Safety Guidelines, and Audit Standards.
- Excellent understanding of local health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, safety management systems).
