Job Description
- Monitoring all staffing changes including new hires, transfers, leavers, and other amendments to salaries and company members' data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Create and manage leaves, missions, and excuses for company members in the system on a daily basis, reviewing attendance and leaves at the end of each month.
- Participate in training and development plans
- Participate in quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform company members about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
- Update company members’ records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Participate in planning the organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Contact & follow up with new applicants to schedule the interview with them
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process company members’ queries and respond on time
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR in a relevant position (+2 years)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Hands-on experience with time attendance machines, and generating attendance reports.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- A BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a relevant field is a plus
