Job Description
- Follow up the performance of the company's administrative and organizational regulations for what is stated in the Labor Law.
- Establish and follow up on the laws issued regarding the legal or labor aspects, and notify those who may be concerned.
- Investigate the complaints and violations referred by the Managing Director or HR Manager and the various departments and raise the result of the investigation with the appropriate penalty for approval by the Managing Director.
- Examining the cases referred by the financial department regarding the clients' failure to pay their debts.
- Follow-up the lawsuits against Customers who didn’t pay their due, while following up on the necessary legal procedures.
- Considering and deciding the grievances received from the employees in the event that they are referred by the managing director.
- Studying and providing legal advice to the various departments with regard to the executive procedures and the conclusion of agreements and contracts and the analysis of its provisions in the light of the applicable regulations.
- Making the various contracts to which the company is a party or reviewing them to express an opinion and submit them to the managing director.
- Settling disputes based on a difference of opinion between the different departments.
- Attending labor court sessions in case the company is summoned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in law is mandatory.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- At least 5 years experience in companies works.
- Strong knowledge in labor law and contracts.
