Job Description
- Manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.
- Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Work consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Generate financial reports and statements to finance Manager for review.
- Early communication of any financial risks
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Ensuring all accounting transactions are performed correctly on time.
- Confirm transactions are made accurately and entered into the accounting system

- Education and Qualifications: B.Com. and accounting designation (CPA,CMA).
- Experience: More than 5 years of accounting experience
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Strong attention to detail , good analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good English, both speaking and writing, to maintain communication with Group management and CFO.
- Daily accounting maintenance, payment preparation, and assistance to the Company’s CEO.
- Leadership and Management Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other departments, executives, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall financial planning and decision-making process of the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in preparing and overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Capacity to analyze complex financial situations, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
