Job Description
- Developing the marketing strategy and brand management for the company in line with company objectives.
- Leading the marketing team to accomplishes marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, branding and trade promotion programs.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution.
- Evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Job Requirements
- Experience 8-12 years in the field of marketing.
- Experience in real-estate is a must.
- Alexandria resident or able to relocate.
