Job Description
This Engineer is responsible for planning and design of HVAC system including developing policies standard, inspection procedure and evaluation tools. In addition, prepare, review drawing, specification, and cost estimates for HVAC work within a project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research & design HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects.
- HVAC equipment design for a wide range of projects, work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
- Submit detailed bids that outline costs and timelines for construction or extraction projects in accordance with deadlines.
- Prepare plans, details, and cost estimates (BOQ) of HVAC systems.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical University degree in Engineering
- 4 years of construction experience with working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Must be familiar with VRF Systems.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be familiar with AutoCAD, Rivet, HAP, and Microsoft office
