Job Description

  • Ensure that the required data for the platform is up to the set standard and uploaded
  • Ensure the timely delivery of service through effective follow-up mechanisms
  • Solve problems and client inquiries when needed
  • Track and assess the platform’s client’s visitation and experience
  • Track and assess social media accounts and performance
  • Receive and document customer calls
  • Promote offers and deals with clients
