Overview:
Smart.sa , seeking for SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in safeguarding our systems and networks by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Security Events: Continuously monitor systems and networks to identify and escalate potential security threats.
- Incident Analysis & Reporting: Analyze security incidents and provide comprehensive, detailed incident reports.
- Incident Response: Assist in timely response to security incidents, focusing on containment, mitigation, and recovery.
- SIEM Utilization: Leverage SIEM tools to monitor, investigate, and analyze security events effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the cybersecurity team to enhance threat detection and incident response capabilities.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, attack vectors, and threat intelligence.
Job Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC-related roles.
Preferred Certifications:
- eMAPT (Mobile Application Penetration Tester).
- eWPT (Web Application Penetration Tester).
- eCPPT (Certified Professional Penetration Tester).
- eCTHP (Certified Threat Hunting Professional).
- eCDFP (Certified Digital Forensics Professional).
- CompTIA CySA+.
- CompTIA Security+.
Soft skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
