Job Description
- Collaborate with end users, product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define problems and translate complex concepts into visually appealing solutions.
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests to analyze user behavior to pinpoint opportunities for enhancements
- Clearly articulate design decisions and craft compelling stories to illustrate how your solutions solve user problems and enhance their journey.
- Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes based on research
- Create visually appealing, engaging user interfaced aligned with branding guidelines and business needs
- Building and maintaining design systems for assigned products
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge design approaches.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Knowledge
- 0-1 year of experience in the same field or relevant
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD
- Familiarity with front-end basics is a plus
- Fluency in the English language
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science or business preferred.
