Job Description
- Responsible for collecting premiums and debts for customers.
- Submits a report on all that hinders the collection process.
- Confirmation of the amount to be collected with the customer.
- Raise a customer complaint to the team leader
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Responding to customer queries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Understanding of the Collection process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
