Job Description

  • Meet & exceed the communicated sales targets.
  • Design tailored packages for the customers enjoying unforgettable vacations
  • Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Counsel clients on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options
  • Deal directly with customers over the phone
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Oversee the bookings procedure and ensure accurate processing
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently

Job Requirements

  • Excellent sales skills
  • Target oriented
  • Very good English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Call center experience is a must
  • DS experience (Amadeus) is a must
  • Tourism background is a must
  • Umrah knowledge (Hotels – Flights Bookings) is a must
  • Males only
