2-Review & maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. shop drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders, etc.) and coordinate with different departments to get these documents issued
3-Talented and has the ability to develop realistic 3d renders (exterior ,interior and landscaping)
4-manage small teams of junior and senior architects and interior designers ,assign them and monitor the compilation of all tasks
5-Ensuring the team working together to achieve goals and target on time
6-High communication skills with clients
7- Communicate projects’ progress and problems/risks/concerns to top management.
8-High skills in concept design and collecting mood board
9-High 3d max skills is a must ,autocad,photoshop,post production
10-Helping mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or on a team, or better still, cultivating a communicative and cooperative environment that doesn’t breed conflict
