Job Description
Develop a Group-wide digital marketing strategy and channel architecture that covers corporate, sector, and project brands, with clear objectives, audiences, roles, and governance for each platform.
Translate annual business and marketing priorities into quarterly digital plans, media budgets, campaign calendars and measurable funnel targets.
Lead paid media planning and optimization across search, social, display, video, professional platforms and relevant programmatic channels, with disciplined audience, placement and brand-safety controls.
Build audience segmentation and full-funnel journeys for corporate, customer, guest, patient, student, tenant, partner or community audiences, as relevant to each business.
Own digital lead-generation and conversion programs, including landing pages, inquiry flows, booking paths, call-to-action design, lead routing and service-level follow-up with operational teams.
Oversee corporate and portfolio websites, search visibility, content hygiene, UX recommendations, conversion-rate optimization and performance of priority digital destinations.
Develop CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp and remarketing programs that improve database growth, lifecycle communication, retention and cross-channel consistency while respecting consent and data governance.
Establish accurate measurement infrastructure using analytics, tag management, pixels, UTMs, dashboards and agreed attribution logic; resolve tracking gaps before campaigns launch.
Partner with Integrated Marketing, PR and Creative Design to build channel-specific content calendars and ensure every asset is optimized for its audience, format, objective and placement.
Run structured testing across audiences, messages, formats, landing pages and bids; convert learning into documented optimization actions and future campaign standards.
Govern access, ownership, security and continuity for all social, advertising, analytics, website and platform accounts, maintaining an updated digital asset register.
Manage digital agencies, media partners and technology vendors, including briefs, service levels, budgets, invoicing validation, quality assurance and performance reviews.
Monitor online conversations and community-management trends, escalating reputational issues to PR while ensuring routine customer enquiries are routed to the responsible teams.
Produce concise weekly and monthly dashboards that connect channel performance with business outcomes and recommend budget shifts based on evidence.
