Job Description
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals across various infrastructure disciplines
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud services

- Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud services
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations

- Network Administration
- Manage the company's network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Ensure network performance, reliability, and scalability
- Oversee network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Security Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures
- Oversee the management of firewalls, endpoint security, and other security systems

- Oversee the administration of operating systems, databases, and applications

- VoIP Services
- Manage the company's VoIP system, ensuring reliability and quality of service
- Oversee the integration of VoIP with other communication systems
- Plan and implement VoIP upgrades and expansions as needed
- Day-to-Day Operations
- Manage and prioritize daily IT operations and support requests
- Develop and maintain IT operational procedures and documentation
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT infrastructure
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance, security status, and project progress
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and system administration
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, MCSE) are a plus
