Job Description
- Control the site's petty cash, , and settle it with the financial Department.
- Ensure that the financial claims are matching with the sub-contractors accountant
- Handling day-to-day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills payable.
- Handling petty cash.
- Handling suppliers bill payments.
- Time controlling & knowledge of labor payments
- Monthly and weekly reports to accounting management for all actions taken.
- Knowledge warehouse documentary cycle and its application.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a site accountant
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
