Job Description
We are all partners with more than 10 years experience in the Big 4 in Dubai.
We regularly win Financial Due Diligence, valuations, and restructuring projects that require financial analysis and report writing.
We are looking for a candidate with Big 4 experience that has done Due Diligence before across different sectors. Your English has to be fluent.
You will be paid based on a daily rate of 3,000 to 5,000 per day with most projects taking between 5 to 15 days of work. We could have several projects simultaneously .
You will be required to do the following :
- Analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
- Identify trends in the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows
- Raise questions on trends
- Prepare the tables that will be included in the due diligence report
- Write the report discussing the different trends and reasons for movements
Work will be mostly remote but you will be required to meet with one of the partners on a regular basis to discuss progress.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in the M&A team of a Big 4
- Proficient in spreadsheets and powerpoint
- Presentation, reporting and communication skills
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- CPA or CMA is preferred
