Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the factory. This includes income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Cost Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities within the factory's operations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the factory management team to develop accurate and achievable budgets and financial forecasts.
Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking and valuation of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the factory's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Facilitate external audits as required.
Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain budget variances, providing insights to department heads and management.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Job Requirements
Preferable live in Obour city or has no concern to work there .
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant.
Software Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
Ethics: Uphold a high level of integrity and ethics in financial practices.
