Job Description
- Draft and revise compliance -related polices including ant-corruption, antitrust, data protection, money laundry, confidentiality, third- party due diligence.
- Educate and train staff on compliance -related regulations and polices,
- Create sound controls and monitor adherence thereto to ensure compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Job Requirements
- Preferably bachelor degree in Law.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in compliance role, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Good communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem- solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English skills.
