- Experience with CND control (non-destructive) methods.
- Familiarity with assembly methods and techniques.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings for machine setup.
- Ability to comprehend product designs into computer modeling software.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in machining and cutting using computer-controlled machines, with practical knowledge in plasma cutting, 3 Axis CNC machines, and tape saw operations.
Responsibilities:
- Programming and Operation: Program and operate computer-controlled machines, including plasma cutting machines, 3 Axis CNC machines.
- Reading and Interpretation: Master the reading of manufacturing drawings, technical documents, and product specifications. Read and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specifications.
- Product Design: Translate product designs into computer modeling software, ensuring accurate representation and execution.
- Assembly Skills: Possess expertise in assembly methods and techniques. Coordinate with team members for efficient assembly processes.
- CND Control: Demonstrate knowledge of CND (non-destructive) control methods to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality assurance by thoroughly reading, analyzing, and interpreting drawings, technical documents, and product specifications.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the purchasing manager to maintain inventory levels of raw materials. Track consumables for each machine and report any shortages or issues.
- Training: Train new staff members on machine operation procedures to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
