Job Description
Establish and maintain an effective document control system for handling all types of documents.
Receive, review, and log incoming documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Distribute documents to appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
Maintain the document filing system (both electronic and hard copies) ensuring easy retrieval.
Track revisions and updates of documents, ensuring version control and consistency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Assist in audits and prepare reports related to document control activities.
Provide training and support to employees on document control procedures.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and security.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proven experience in document control or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with document management software and MS Office Suite.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
