Job Description

  • A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company's legal interests are protected.
  • Provide legal advice to senior management and other departments on issues related to compliance, intellectual property, labor law, and commercial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, especially in the glass industry.
  • Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement processes, while working closely with external legal counsel.
  • Review company policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the latest legal requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to relevant laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  • Advise the company on risk management strategies and provide recommendations on minimizing legal risks.
  • Assist in the development of corporate governance policies and other legal frameworks for business operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of legal matters, contracts, and legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure contracts and agreements are aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage external legal counsel and ensure that legal fees are controlled and aligned with the company’s budget.

Job Requirements

  • a Legal Affairs Specialist, in-house counsel, or in a similar legal role. Experience in corporate law, contract law, and commercial law is preferred.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Law English Section is required. A master’s degree or certification in corporate law or any relevant legal specialization is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, especially in the context of manufacturing and glass industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex legal matters in an understandable way.
  • Technical: Proficiency in using legal management software, Microsoft Office, and other related tools. Familiarity with contract management systems is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in the required languages, both written and spoken, depending on the company’s client base and operations.
