Job Description

  • The main job responsibility is making sure that our customers who visit our stores are 100% satisfied.
  • Interacting with customers via phone calls and emails.
  • Making follow-up phone calls to make sure the issue has been resolved 
  • Follow with customers to ensure satsfaction and loyalty 
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing reports and required documents.
  •  

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and Problem-solving skills
