- The main job responsibility is making sure that our customers who visit our stores are 100% satisfied.
- Interacting with customers via phone calls and emails.
- Making follow-up phone calls to make sure the issue has been resolved
- Follow with customers to ensure satsfaction and loyalty
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Preparing reports and required documents.
Job Requirements
