Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team at our farm in Wadi El Natrun. The ideal candidate should have strong experience using SAP and handling accounts payable activities in a company dealing with a large number of suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily accounts payable transactions using the SAP system.
* Review and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
* Record supplier invoices and ensure accurate posting in SAP.
* Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
* Follow up on outstanding supplier balances and payment due dates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
* Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure proper invoice matching and documentation.
* Monitor supplier payments and prepare accounts payable reports.
* Ensure all invoices and payments are properly documented and processed on time.
* Handle a high volume of supplier transactions while maintaining accuracy.
* Support month-end closing activities and accounts payable reconciliations.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
* Strong hands-on experience with the SAP system is a must.
* Previous experience handling a large number of suppliers and high-volume transactions.
* Good knowledge of accounting principles, supplier reconciliations, and invoice processing.
* Very good Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
* Willingness to work and stay at the farm according to the required work schedule.
Work Location: Wadi El Natrun Farm
Work Schedule: 23 working days followed by 7 days off.
