Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations on site.

• Coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines (Electrical, Civil) to maintain project timelines and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions proactively.

• Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents, particularly those related to MEP systems.

• Assist in the preparation of material requisitions, quantity surveying, and cost control measures.

Skills & Technologies:

You will be working with cutting-edge tools and methodologies, applying your expertise in:

• Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices.

• Proficiency in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

• Expertise in AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP for design review and coordination.

• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

• Comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems integration.
