Job Description
Review shop drawings and compare them against approved design drawings.
Prepare quantity take-offs for materials, tools, and equipment.
Review project requirements for materials and tools, and prepare the related purchase requisitions.
Support the Execution Manager in preparing the procurement plan in line with the project schedule.
Support the Execution Manager in preparing manpower and equipment requirements.
Receive project materials and verify compliance with project specifications before submitting them to the consultant for approval.
Monitor the execution of mechanical works to ensure delivery within the approved budget and required quality standards.
Conduct final inspections and hand over completed mechanical works to the consultant engineer.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction and site execution.
Experience in reviewing shop drawings, quantity surveying, and preparing material requisitions.
Good understanding of mechanical systems, project specifications, quality standards, and site coordination.
Ability to follow project schedules, procurement plans, manpower, and equipment requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
