Job Description
- Search continuously for new suppliers and services providers
- Negotiate prices, terms and conditions to optimize costs
- Provide periodically purchase reports and analysis
- Manage suppliers account balances
- Support projects with supplies and components
- Manage the relationship with main suppliers
- Develop quarterly, monthly & weekly technical and operational plans
- Gather and consolidate timely reports from team members
- Get customer feedback reports and present it to the management
- Analyze reports and develop plans according to reports analysis and results
- Build prospects and client databases and update them periodically
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Business.
- 2-3 years experience in similar position, preferably in consulting firms
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
- Has team spirit & a team leader
- Has excellent communication skills
- Very good organization and project management skills
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
