Job Description
- Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule
- Prepare the construction method statements, Material Submittals, workshop drawings and any other site related technical documents.
- Maintaining cost control on-site activities.
- Prepare Tendering documentation and project cost breakdown
- Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
- Review and study project documents (contract, drawings, specs, BOQ).
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure(Water Networks, Stations and Sewage networks)
- High teamwork skills, Problem solver
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Have good communication and management skills
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
