- Follow up projects (New/modification) in the following procedures
- Communicating with marketing and customers to agree on the project's technical specifications.
- Introducing the project to all departments and building the team members.
- Doing DFMEA and PFMEA with the project team
- Define the planning, milestones, and critical path
- Creating BOM, technical drawings, and costing
- Prototyping and follow-up tests and certification with concerned departments.
- Make working instructions and train the worker on it
- Creating material specifications for new components
- Follow up tooling manufacturing with the suppliers
- Follow up purchasing for getting new suppliers or components,
- Follow up logistics to get the new components on time for the project.
- Make the trails on the line to ensure the smooth launching (Technical pre-series then Commercial pre-series )
