Job Description

We are seeking a professional call center agent to join our orders management team. Ideal individual is proficient in spoken English. Agent will work from home calling providers to ensure timely retrieval of signed orders. Ideal candidate has the ability to meet set targets without direct supervision. Candidate will work M-F 8:00-17:00 EST

Job Requirements

  • Proficiently communicate in English language 
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organizational skills 
  • Goal and target oriented
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Ability to work self directed with minimal supervision
