- Testing policies configurations
- Testing Provider pricing schemes and Discount Schemes applied
- Communicate and handle with all concerned departments any System /Portals /Application issues as a first line support.
- Report all System / Portal / Application issues and new requirements to seniors.
- Testing new features after deployment to be communicated with concerned departments.
- Provide training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical field
- Good command of English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Have medical background and preferred to be in medical insurance
- Familiar with using system and applications
- Have creativity character
- One year experience in insurance field
