Responsibilities
- Integration services activities for Private 5G ORAN-based projects.
- Perform installation and commissioning of the design. Update low-level design documents as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other participating vendors.
- Perform project delivery remotely. May require on-site visits to project sites.
- Perform testing of solutions along with troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Achieve acceptance testing success.
- Support customer engagement including technical sessions, questions, planning, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Provide post-acceptance support

Experience and Personal Skills
- Required hands-on experience for this role includes integrating Airspan 5G ORAN RU/vCU/vDU, Druid Raemis 5G core, and Intel Smart Edge.
- Integrate orchestration, Network Function Virtualization Infrastructure (NFVI), and virtualized/cloud-native network functions. Validate solution configurations and functionality. Knowledge of 3GPP standards, cloud technologies, vRAN, O-RAN, radio access technology (4G/5G), Open Edge Server, and xHaul deployments in a cloud environment.
- Technical knowledge with experience in cloud computing and network function virtualization: orchestration (MANO), Network Function Virtualization Infrastructure (NFVI), and Virtualized Network Functions (VNF).
- Certification or familiarization with hypervisor technologies and software for building and managing virtualized services: OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMWare, Linux, RedHat, and public clouds.
- Expertise in ethernet and IP networks is required: network design, routing protocols, L2/L3, MEF, and network security.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
