Job Summary:
Oversees day-to-day fleet maintenance to ensure that work procedures are implemented
and meet all safety/quality requirements.
 

Duties:

• Implementing Maintenance strategy, and protocols and assuring that all the
  maintenance team under his supervision are performing according to the protocol.
• Directing, instructing, and supervising the maintenance team.
• Supervising and assuring the implementation of planned maintenance activities and
  procedures.
• Carrying out the quality inspection on jobs.
• Controlling the spare parts dispatch and consumption rates.
• Controlling maintenance tools and equipment.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems and rout failures.
• Implementing the reporting cycle stated in the maintenance strategy and protocol.
• Implementing the data collection cycle and following up on the department KPIs.
• Responsible for the safety of all the personnel and equipment under his command.
• Reporting and controlling the labor man-hours and extra time.
• Presenting and reporting any required enhancement in the maintenance strategy,
  protocol, and procedures.
