Job Description
- Our graduate management program held to enhance skills and increase the knowledge of the participants.
- The program is designed for fresh graduates to give a huge experience in different aspects of the business (production, maintenance, operation, supply chain, Finance, HR, Marketing, Export).
- Starting from the first day, you’ll go through a comprehensive Onboarding Program that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organization.
- You’ll participate in a six- to eight-month development program.
Job Requirements
- Entry-Level from 0 to 1 years of experience maximum.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Majors (sales and marketing, strategic management)
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel frequently especially for engineering majors.
- Previous or current participation in extracurricular and volunteering activities.
- A people person, street smart and able to understand different characters.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail.
