Job Description
- Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval.
- Prepare project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use, and corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies.
- Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary.
- Maintain all HVAC equipment in the new capital projects
- Manage the site supervision process aiming to achieve the highest quality levels
- Review Contractors Payment in comparison to the contracts documents and forward it for upper management approval.
- Study Project bill of quantities ,Design drawings, schedules &specifications .
- Prepare and review shop as built coordination & composite drawings and HVAC .
- Reviews sub-contractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance specifications and contract agreements .
- Prepare RFI'S and coordinate between mechanical works and other trades .
- Prepare material submittal and Quantity survey .
- Prepare and follow up variation Orders and purchasing orders .
- Preparing and reviews invoices
- Site progress tracking and participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties
Job Requirements
- Experience 3 up to 5 years in construction industry
- AutoCad is a must
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Mega Projects back ground preferred
- Good user of Microsoft Office
- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering site and technical office
- Creativity and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Technical writing skills
