El Omda Dairy Products" chain is seeking to hire an outstanding administrative talent for the position of (Branch Manager) to oversee the management and development of branch operations and participate in achieving the required expansion and quality.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Full supervision of workflow across all branches and ensuring the best customer service is provided.
Sales Management: Monitoring and achieving sales targets and implementing approved marketing plans.
Inventory Management: Monitoring product movement, orders, and ensuring proper storage and cooling standards for dairy and fresh products.
Team Management: Leading and training branch staff, raising productive efficiency, and conducting periodic performance evaluations.
Quality and Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to the highest applicable hygiene and food safety standards.
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 5 years as a Branch Manager (specifically in the field of dairy products / supermarkets / food and beverages).
Leadership Skills: High ability to manage teams and solve field operation problems quickly and efficiently.
Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of handling dairy products, fresh goods, supply chains, and storage.
Dedication and Flexibility: Ability to move between field branches and provide direct follow-up.
