Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages on social media channels.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our products.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, and social media pages.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Handling shipping process with the shipping companies.
- Handling the online payment company inquiries.
- Attempting to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Informing customers about our deals and promotions.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the products, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
