Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists 

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages on social media channels.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our products.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, and social media pages.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Handling shipping process with the shipping companies.
  • Handling the online payment company inquiries.
  • Attempting to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Informing customers about our deals and promotions.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the products, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
