Job Description

 

  1. Provide Technical Support For Owners
  2. Complete On-Site Diagnostics
  3. Perform Preventative Maintenance
  4. Generate Problem & Resolution Reports
  5. Provide Technical Customer Service
  6. Discuss Amendments Costs With Owners 
  7. Overview Amendments With Owners & Suggest Suitable Design
  8. Responsible For Site Visits , Checking The Unit , &  Units Delivery
  9. Follow-up work on the installation of the pergola On-Site
  10. Follow up on air conditioning installation work On-Site
  11. Follow up  the finishing work On-Site
  12. Lead Issue Tracking
  13. Oversee Customer Service Improvements
  14. Recommend Improvements
  15. Handle the finishing process from A to Z from date of request until delivery, communicate with the construction team, receive and handle amendments requests.
  16. Supervise all finishing and technical work done by customers and make sure rules are followed, documents and payments are covered
