Job Description
- Follow-up on all tax payments and ensure timely payment of all related taxes according to legal deadlines.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports, such as; VAT tax, income tax, annual corporate tax … etc.
- Prepare documents and analysis required by tax authorities and attend tax inspections.
- Implement and maintain inclusive filling system for all tax documents and update the company’s tax database.
- Recommend tax strategies that align with company goals and ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax Law.
- Keep up-to-date with all changes and adjustments related to Egyptian Tax Law and other related laws.
- Work closely with accounting and auditing departments and share necessary reports and financial data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Tax accounting; previous experience in legal accounting office is preferred.
- Details and deadline oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of tax laws and legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office
