Job Description
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 7 years of experience in the field of secretarial work is required.
- Responsible for administrative and office work.
- Work from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
- Very good in English.
- Proficiency in dealing with MS Office programs (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Ability to organize files.
- Commitment to work and implementation of the required with the utmost accuracy and focus.
- Appropriate appearance.
- Resident at Nasr City or neighboring areas.
