Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (a plus if in software development, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions)
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals in tech-driven industries
  • Strong network or existing leads in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or government sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure

     

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary
  • Commission: 5-7% per closed deal
  • Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for high achievers

  • Identify and engage with prospects across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and government sectors
  • Develop and nurture a network of leads
  • Close high-value deals in a tech-driven environment
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent Riven’s security-first approach to potential clients
