Job Description

RUSHBRUSH, INC. is looking for an enthusiastic and highly flexible candidate to join our growing company.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in executing HR procedures and policies.

 Duties:

Recruitment:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates via job posting, checking online platforms, asking for referrals
  • Screen candidates’ CVs
  • Phone screening to shortlist qualified candidates

Personnel:

  • Assist in the personnel process of archiving and filing employees' records.
  • Assist in preparing new hires' contracts and hiring documents.
  • Assist in personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, permissions, etc..) in the database.
  • Involved in social insurance and labor office-related matters

Employee Engagement:

  • Responsible for engaging employees in the company with different activities (Outings, Birthdays, etc.)
  • Responsible for collecting feedback from all employees quarterly through surveys.

Other Duties:

  • Schedule meetings, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions
  • Execute any other task requested by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • From 0 to 1 Year of experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Microsoft Office Applications
