Job Description
· Responsible for the filing of receipts and sales orders
· entering sales orders receipts and invoices on Odoo (ERB system)
· Collecting payments (cash or cheques) and guarantees from customers
· Responsible for the “receipt apply” on Odoo on a daily basis
· Preparing the receipt register report on a daily basis
· Responsible for the daily credit invoice report (for customer’s collections)
· Responsible for Distribution warehouses physical count (audit)
Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
· Good knowledge of Odoo system is preferable
· Experience 1 -3 years in accounting in warehouse
