Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & OTA Coordinator to manage our presence across leading online travel platforms such as Viator, TourRadar, TourHub, and others. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, digital sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for maintaining tour listings, handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and driving performance across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain product listings (tours, pricing, photos, descriptions) across OTAs
- Ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and optimized for visibility and conversion
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via platform messaging systems
- Monitor platform performance metrics (bookings, reviews, response times) and report insights
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to reflect real-time updates in availability, pricing, and itineraries
- Track and respond to guest reviews with empathy and brand-consistent messaging
- Assist in creating seasonal promotions, packages, and special offers
- Manage reservations, including hotels, cruises, and other travel components
- Handle client files from start to finish, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with OTAs (Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor, etc.) – training provided
- Experience or strong interest in travel, tourism, or e-commerce
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems
