Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and manage our early years setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. You will play a key role in staff leadership, curriculum planning, regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with families.
Job Requirements
-At least 3 years of experience in a senior or managerial role within a nursery or childcare setting.
-In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
-First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene certificates (desirable but can be updated upon employment).
