Job Description
- Manage all accounting operations and transactions related to the store Items
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Oversee the forecasting, and financial planning for the store's needs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations in all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize procurement processes and maintain inventory levels.
- Generate regular financial reports and analyses for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the (school sector)
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically "Odoo"
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
