Job Description
- Supervise and oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and participate in regular tax audits and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate the preparation of budgeting reports and forecast revenues in collaboration with the finance team.
- Manage and facilitate month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements.
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records, implementing best practices for data management and documentation.
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing financial reporting and accounting practices.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6- 8 Years work experience as a GL Accountant ( Min. 2 Years as a Supervisor )
- Excellent level of English
- Excellent Computer skills ( SAP User Preferred )
- manufacturing Industry is preferred
- IFRS Diploma is preferred
- Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
